Through my drawing, I continually pursue that which connects the inner and outer worlds---a bridge between the safe harbour of the heart and physical reality.
With just pen, ink, and paper, I strive to capture the essence of
a bird returning to its nest,
a tree reaching skyward for life-giving sunrays,
people living simply within a stone-built dwelling.
All these themes are bound by a common thread:
a desire to pursue a simple and peaceful existence.
